Well, I am completely new at this ... Starting off with introducing everyone. My family and I are on our way to being self reliant ... we aren't preppers really, just looking for a way to not pay someone for everything we depend on. We would most likely be considered to be extremists. I have a serious passion to stay as far away from the grocery store as I possibly can. I did not grow up this way, it was just something God has led me to. Mr Wonderful likes our lifestyle so we save money ... I do it so our food is nourishing us and not killing us ... hopefully. Any who ... Mr Wonderful is my husband. We have been married a short 4 years so far. We have 2 boys, Farmer Boy who is 2 and Wild Man who is 1. They are 12 months apart ... it definitely makes life more interesting. =) Animal wise we have 5 horses, 2 goats, a pig we will slaughter in the fall, a few chickens, and 4 fish for Farmer Boy. So that is where we are now ... I most likely will not post on a regular basis ... I just won't remember. But you never know. ;) I am excited about this new adventure.
